We welcome photographers with clients to our farm, by appointment only.

We do welcome photography year-round on the farm. Photographers and their clients will be required to sign a waiver of liability form.

**Please be aware that we CANNOT ALLOW DOGS or other animals unless they are fully trained service animals.**

PHOTOGRAPHY FEE

$60 PER HOUR, non-refundable

Our photography rate is $60.00/hour. Booking is in one hour time slots, whether you need the whole hour or not. Payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation that is not due to the weather.

You gain access to the farm at the time of your appointment. If you require time to set up before your client arrives, please tell your client an arrival time later than your scheduled start time and include your tear down time in the amount of hours you book.

Please check in with Dawn at the gift shop upon arrival.

Wildwood Christmas Tree Farm families on the farm cutting down their Christmas tree may take personal photos of the event and their family at no additional fee. Bringing your own photographer, WOULD fall into the category of “Photographers with clients” and WOULD require a booking and fee. Please message Dawn@wildwoodchristmastreefarm with any questions.

We schedule field trips for homeschool groups, public school classes, and other groups.  A typical field trip will consist of sharing the day-to-day activities on the farm, hayride, treehouse play area and painting a wooden ornament. Field trips are approximately 1.5 to 2 hours long.

If it is wet, muddy, or super windy, field trips will need to be rescheduled.  We will ATTEMPT to give at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation. However, the weather sometimes will not cooperate with that and we might need to cancel the morning of your event.

AVAILABILITY

During our Christmas Season, Wednesdays and Fridays any time increments from 8:30 am until 11:00 am. Other times are available before our season starts.

Cost

HOMESCHOOL: Ages 3+ $12 per child

PUBLIC SCHOOL: $15 per child, teacher, or assistant. Includes White Pine Christmas tree for the classroom

All groups must include at least 20 children. Parents and bus drivers are free. There is a $25.00 non-refundable deposit upon booking your field trip. The rest of the amount for your group may be paid upon arrival at the farm.
