We thought we’d try to answer some questions we’ve been getting from customers:
- We will let you come early and tag a tree for Ball & Burlap. Please make an appointment to do so. You will need to be prepared to pay in full for your tree and set a date to pick it up.
- We are no longer tagging trees for choose-n-cut (We had too many unhappy families last year who had their tagged tree stolen by someone else).
- Opening Day is Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 9:00 a.m.
- We are open Sunday – Friday from 3p – 8p & Saturdays from 9a – 8p.
- Our last day is Saturday, December 15th, but you can call for an appointment for tree purchases after that date (there is no guarantee that there will still be trees available).
- Plan to come early in the season for the best selection
