The treehouse play area will be open and we will be running hayrides until close at 5 PM, provided that the weather is nice enough.
We are also hosting a new hands-on class where you will get to “make and take” 2 lotion bars, and a lip balm, all customized to your preferences!
Join us for the fun and enjoy your favorite snacks from our cafe, and don’t forget to register now for your class, as spots will fill up quickly! Only $18 per person.

Class Details
Chapped lips and dry hands? Sounds like it’s wintertime in Tennessee.
This class lasts for approximately 1 hour, and you’ll be taking home one personalized jar of lip balm, plus two personalized lotion bars.
During this class, you’ll create your own lip balm color and flavor, and also curate your own lotion bar scent as you make personalized products to take home. Each of these items will provide a variety of benefits for your skin through soothing and moisturizing ingredients and fresh scents.

Weather Details
The Treehouse Play Area will be closed and Hayrides will not run if it is wet, muddy, raining, windy, or snowing. As disappointing as it may be, we will open again next month, and you can try again then : )
Friday, February 14th (Valentine’s Day)

DATE NIGHT HOURS: 6-7:30 and 8-9:30
We are offering you a stress-free date night by the fire!
Register for your time slot and choose any add-ons, and then all you have to do is arrive dressed for the weather and bring some chairs/pillows/blankets.
We understand the value of a date that you don’t have to plan out or prepare for, so we will set it all up, and provide food, drink, and other options if you choose them!
We can also provide childcare for children ages 5 and up, but only during the 6-7:30 time slot. You can feed your kiddos dinner beforehand, or bring a lunchbox meal for them to enjoy during a movie. We will also be providing a donut, juice box, and bag of popcorn to make the movie night an interactive experience. Our movie choices will be Lilo and Stitch or something similar. Please bring along a chair/pillow/blanket for each child you register.
Before your date, you can arrive early to shop at the gift shop, play at the treehouse play area, get some snacks, and get your kids checked in and settled before their movie.

Date Night Details
The basic date night plan with no add-ons includes an hour-and-a-half time slot around the fire, with your choice of coffee, hot chocolate, or sparkling juice.
Each add-on includes an additional fee, and your options are:
- Charcuterie Tray – Red Grapes, Strawberries, Blueberries, Hershey kisses, Ritz crackers, Colby Jack Cheese Cubes, Salami, Pepperoni, and Baby Dill Pickles
- Smore’s Kit – 1 pack of Graham Crackers, 4 marshmallows and 4 mini Hershey bars
- Chili in a Mug – Dawn’s Homemade Chili w/beans (no veggies) in a Wildwood Souvenir Mug with Grated Colby Jack Cheese and Fritos
- Childcare ages 5 and up – $10 per child. We plan to show a movie like Lilo & Stitch to keep them entertained, and will provide a donut, bag of popcorn, and a juice box. All we need you to bring is a chair or pillow/blanket for each to sit on, and to help them settle in when you get here! (Feel free to arrive a little early).
*Reservations are non-refundable. If the weather is not favorable (raining or snowing) for the event, we have scheduled an inclement weather date for the following weekend – Friday, February 21st.

Plan a Field Trip
We schedule field trips for homeschool groups, public school classes, and other groups. A typical field trip will consist of education on growing Christmas trees, hayride, treehouse play area and painting a wooden ornament. Field trips are approximately 1.5 to 2 hours long.
If it is raining, snowing, wet, muddy, or windy, field trips will need to be rescheduled. We will ATTEMPT to give at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation. However, the weather sometimes will not cooperate with that and we might need to cancel the morning of your event.
AVAILABILITY
During our Christmas Season, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are available for booking. Other times are available before our season starts.

Cost
HOMESCHOOL: Ages 3+ $12 per child
PUBLIC SCHOOL: $15 per child, teacher, or assistant.
All groups must include at least 20 children. Parents and bus drivers are free. There is a $25.00 non-refundable deposit upon booking your field trip. The rest of the amount for your group may be paid upon arrival at the farm.
