Our photography rental of the farm is $60.00/hour. Booking is in one hour time slots, whether you need the whole hour or not. Payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. (If Wildwood cancels due to inclement weather, every effort will be made to reschedule during available slots for the season – if none available, fee will be refunded).

You gain access to the farm at the time of your appointment. If you require time to set up before your client arrives, please tell your client an arrival time later than your scheduled start time and include your set up/clean up time in the amount of hours you book. It is important that you arrive at the time you book, no earlier. Early arrivals of more than 10 minutes (before your time slot) and late departures of more than 10 minutes (after your time slot) will be charged an additional hour.

Upon arrival at the farm, check in with Dawn at the gift shop for your clipboard with waivers and any additional information needed.

Use the calendar below to select a date and time slot. Colored underlines indicate available dates, and clicking on a date will show you a list of available times. Select as many hour slots as you need. When you are ready to check out, click the confirm icon in the bottom right corner of the form. Once you checkout and pay you will receive a confirmation email. Please read the email and make sure you understand our photography policy. You will also receive a reminder email closer to your scheduled date. Thank you!
