Photography Booking Now available for 2026
Photography Fee - $60 Per Hour
We welcome photographers who wish to bring clients to our farm!
You are welcome to use any area of the farm, whether you use one area the entire time or move from place to place to capture the perfect shot.
Booking Details: Booking is in one-hour time slots. This means you will have to book a whole hour even if you only need a 30-minute session.
Please include your set-up and tear-down times in the amount of hours you schedule, especially if you are bringing props.
If you need time to scope out the area you would like to work in before your clients arrive, please schedule your client’s arrival for a later time than your scheduled appointment time, as you gain access to the farm at the time of your scheduled appointment.
Please check in with Dawn at the Gift Shop upon arrival in order to receive/handle any relevant paperwork or information.
Frequently asked questions
What is your refund policy?
Payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the photographer or photographers clients.
If Wildwood recommends cancelling due to inclement weather, every effort will be made to help you reschedule to another available slot. If none are available, your fee will then be refunded.
Are there restrooms available?
Yes! We have high-quality bathrooms available to you and your clients during your visit. Located slightly up the hill from the Gift Shop and parking area. Look for a red and green building.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes and no. Since we are a farm, we have very uneven ground, making it difficult for wheelchairs, strollers, or walkers. Our Gift Shop is accessible via wheelchair ramp, but our craft room, treehouse playscape, hayrides, bathrooms, and fields are not easily accessible.
Can I arrive early to set up?
We ask that you include your set up and tear-down time in your booked times, and if you need time to scope out the area, please schedule your clients to arrive after yourself.
Can I bring my own props and materials?
Of course! Our only requirements are that you be mindful to not damage the trees or areas they're growing in. For example: You may hang ornaments and more in the trees but please make sure they are not overly heavy, and that nothing is tied in a way that will make it damaging for the trees. Larger items are also allowed as long as not damaging to the area.
Are pets allowed for photography sessions?
Unfortunately, no. While we understand that our pets are family too, we cannot allow animals on the farm unless as a fully trained service animal.
Do you book multiple photographers in the same time slots?
We try our best not to. Normally, when you book a time slot, you are the only photographer on the farm at that time. This helps ensure that you have access to any area you may need for photography without worrying another photographer may already be there.
We have in the past had a few photographers present at once due to scheduling issues with the weather, but everyone liked a different area on the farm for their photos, so it worked out very well!
Can we take family photos on the farm when we cut down our tree?
Yes! Personal family photos are always allowed, as those are important memories. But, if you are hiring/bringing a photographer to take those photos of your family, then that would fall into the category of “photographers with clients” and would require booking and the photography fee.
