The Fragrance Oils we use are natural pre-blended synthetic mixtures that we buy to scent the soaps with. While they are natural, if you are looking for the BEST all-natural scent, go with the Essential Oil scents. The Essential Oil scents are derived from plants and other natural sources, and often have therapeutic benefits. They are verifiably as natural and non-toxic as you can get.

Mica powders are a synthetic colorant – still natural, but man-made. Think of food coloring in powder form. On the other hand, Clays are plant derived. A true natural source of coloring for soaps.

We strive to make our Goat Milk and Artisan soaps all natural, and totally safe for all ages, skin types, and needs. They are handcrafted in small batches to ensure they are free from toxic preservatives and other chemicals that you may find in other soaps. You can rest assured that any soap from Wildwood is an all-natural, safe source of cleansing and nourishing benefits for your skin.

Goat milk soaps have a combination of hydrating, nourishing, and non-stripping ingredients that protect and help to rebuild the skins moisture barrier. Our goat milk soaps are also free from all of the typical allergens that can aggravate sensitive skin types.

They sure do! They may not lather and suds up quite as much as you may be used to, but that’s only because typical bars of soap add in more chemicals just to make the soap lather. Our soap bars do it all-naturally, and here’s how: Using goat milk as a base ingredient to build on, you add in coconut oil, which is the primary lathering ingredient that create the sudsy bubbles we know and love. There’s also castor oil, which binds with the coconut oil to create a creamy texture to the lather, and helps it last longer.

Our Goat Milk Lotions are made from pasteurized goat milk and are free from preservatives, which means they are susceptible to extreme temperatures like the summer heat. But don’t worry! If you want a goat milk lotion quickly, you can schedule it for pickup here at the farm!
