BOOK YOUR PHOTOGRAPHy session
We welcome photographers who wish to bring clients to our farm. Available by appointment and booking year-round.
If the booking system does not offer the date you need, Please email Dawn. Photographers and their clients will be required to sign a waiver of liability form and turn it in or fill one out upon arrival.
PHOTOGRAPHY FEE
$60 PER HOUR, non-refundable
Please be aware that we cannot allow dogs or other animals unless they are fully trained service animals.
**We do not provide a photographer. This booking system is intended for photographers who wish to bring their own clients.**
BOOKING DETAILS
Booking is in one hour time slots. Meaning you will have to book a whole hour even if you only need a 30 minute session.
Please include your set-up and tear-down times in the amount of hours you schedule, especially if you are bringing props.
If you need time to scope out the area you would like to work in before your clients arrive, please schedule your clients arrival for a later time than your scheduled appointment time, as you gain access to the farm at the time of your scheduled appointment. Not before.
ARRIVAL DETAILS
Please check in with Dawn at the Gift Shop upon arrival in order to recieve/handle any relevant paperwork or information.
If you need time to scope out the area you would like to work in before your clients arrive, please schedule your clients arrival for a later time than your scheduled appointment time, as you gain access to the farm at the time of your scheduled appointment. Not before.
REFUND POLICY
Payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
If Wildwood cancels due to inclement weather, every effort will be made to help you reschedule to another available slot. If none are available, your fee will be refunded.
PHOTOGRAPHY FAQ
Q. Is it ok if I take photos of my family as we cut down our Christmas Tree?
A. Yes! Personal family photos are always allowed, as those are important memories.
But, if you are hiring/bringing a photographer to take those photos of your family,
then that would fall into the category of “photographers with clients” and would
require booking and the photography fee.
Q. Can we bring our dog for photos? He’s a part of the family too.
A. Sadly, even though we understand that our furry friends are family, we
cannot allow them unless they are a fully trained service animal.
