We welcome photographers with clients to our farm, by appointment only.

We welcome photography year-round on the farm. If the booking system does not offer the date you need, please message Dawn.
Photographers and their clients will be required to sign a waiver of liability form.

**Please be aware that we CANNOT ALLOW DOGS or other animals unless they are fully trained service animals.**

PHOTOGRAPHY FEE

$60 PER HOUR, non-refundable

Our photography rate is $60.00 per hour.
Booking is in one hour time slots, whether you need the whole hour or not.
Please include set-up and tear-down times in the amount of hours you schedule.

Payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
(If Wildwood cancels due to inclement weather, every effort will be made to help you reschedule during available slots, and if none are available, your fee will be refunded).

Check in with Dawn at the Gift Shop when you arrive, in order to receive relevant paperwork and information.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

You, as the photographer, gain access to the farm at the time of your scheduled appointment, not before.
If you need time to set up or scope out the area before your clients arrive, please have your clients arrive at a later time than your scheduled appointment time.
Make sure to include your break-down/clean-up time into the amount of hours you schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Photography:

Q. Is it ok if I take photos of my family as we cut down our Christmas Tree?
A. Yes! Personal family photos are always allowed, as those are important memories.
But, if you are hiring/bringing a photographer to take those photos of your family,
then that would fall into the category of “photographers with clients” and would
require booking and the photography fee.

Q. Can we bring our dog for photos? He’s a part of the family too.
A. Sadly, even though we understand that our furry friends are family, we
cannot allow them unless they are a fully trained service animal.

We schedule field trips for homeschool groups, public school classes, and other groups.  A typical field trip will consist of education on growing Christmas trees, hayride, treehouse play area and painting a wooden ornament. Field trips are approximately 1.5 to 2 hours long.

If it is wet, muddy, or super windy, field trips will need to be rescheduled.  We will ATTEMPT to give at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation. However, the weather sometimes will not cooperate with that and we might need to cancel the morning of your event.

AVAILABILITY

During our Christmas Season, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays are available for booking. Other times are available before our season starts.

Cost

HOMESCHOOL: Ages 3+ $12 per child

PUBLIC SCHOOL: $15 per child, teacher, or assistant.

All groups must include at least 20 children. Parents and bus drivers are free. There is a $25.00 non-refundable deposit upon booking your field trip. The rest of the amount for your group may be paid upon arrival at the farm.
